SIZE GUIDE
How to measure your ring size
01
Measure the finger
Wrap a strip of paper or a piece of string snugly around the base of the finger — snug, not tight. Mark where it overlaps, lay it flat against a ruler and read the length in millimetres. That number is your EU size: 56 mm around means EU 56.
02
Or measure a ring you own
Take a ring that already fits that finger and measure its inner diameter in millimetres, edge to edge across the middle. Multiply by 3.14 to get the EU size — a 17.8 mm inner diameter is EU 56. Or match the diameter against the table below.
- —Measure at the end of the day, when hands are at their largest. Cold fingers read up to a full size small.
- —Wide and heavy bands sit tighter than thin ones — go up half a size for anything over 6 mm wide.
- —If your knuckle is noticeably larger than the base of your finger, measure both and pick something in between.
- —Between two sizes? Take the larger one. A ring can be sized down far more easily than up.
